Is the Marketing brains and Business Development Manager at Innovative Looks. He continues to develop a culture of a world class team members with a "Guest First" mentality. Through training, product knowledge, and teamwork, our staff continues to focus on providing the outmost experience for our guest. It is my responsibility to ensure we have a diverse team of hair care experts, who believe in the vision and business culture of Innovative Looks. I look for four unique qualities in a hair care specialist: ability to communicate with the client, industry knowledge and experience, product knowledge, and most important passion in the art of hair care treatment. In addition to bringing the right talent to join our team, it is my job to make sure we research the variety of product lines in the industry and carry the best products that are healthy to the human hair. We truly believe in "committing ourselves to the wants and needs of our guest."
